PRIVACY NOTICE

Bows Etc. understands that your privacy is of the utmost importance.  It’s important to us, also!  We assure you, we do not share customer information with third parties.  Bows Etc. uses your information solely for sales transactions and customer contact.

RETURNS

Your order is made especially for you!!  Since all items are custom made, we are not able to accept returns.  If you receive an item that you feel does not adequately match our description, please contact us within five days of receiving your shipment and we will gladly discuss exchanging your item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

SAFETY

Bows Etc. strives to make all products as safe as possible for small children and babies.  Buyers assume full responsibility when wearing/using any of our products as we are not liable for any damages

WHOLESALE ORDERING 
Wholesale orders require a minimum of $250 and items are sold in multiples of three. Payments are required in full before shipment. In order to be considered for a wholesale account, please provide us with the following information:

SHIPPING

Bows Etc. prides itself on individually crafting each item ordered.  Items will usually ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail within ten business days.  If you need the item sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping Charges* (within the continental USA) are as follows:

Orders up to $100     $6.50
$101 to $199              $8.50
$200 & Up                  FREE
            *Insurance is not included and can be added at an additional cost

PAYMENT
We accept credit cards through secure online payments using PayPal.  If you wish to send a money order, your order will ship once the payment has been received.

TAX
Orders shipped within the State of Maryland will incur a 6% sales tax.
