Bows Etc., created in 1997, is a premier designer and manufacturer of handcrafted, high quality boutique hair accessories.  We cater to infants, toddlers, young sophisticates, in-betweens and women.  Our hair accessories are sold to specialty boutiques as well as satisfied clients in our metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.  We pride ourselves with providing top notch products and customer service to our clients.  Whether you are a retail customer or a prospective wholesale customer, we look forward to creating accessories just for you.

All of our products are made with premium ribbons, fabrics and embellishments and are specially treated to prevent fraying.
